Queensland Touch Football (QTF) is a member organisation of Touch Football Australia and forms part of the strategic alliance with the National Rugby League. The sport is one of Queensland’s most popular participation sports, with over 135,000 participating annually across Queensland in Association and Schools competitions, from Thursday Island and Weipa to Rockhampton, Brisbane and Bilambil.
QTF governs six regions and 80 affiliated associations across the state and is responsible for the leadership and management of competitions, representative pathways, events, game development and participation.

The Participation Manager is responsible for driving sustainable participation growth across Queensland Touch Football, providing strong operational leadership across all participation initiatives. This includes accountability for the development, implementation, and tracking of annual participation plans, individual work plans, as well as, leading and supporting a team to achieve agreed outcomes. This position will lead the Game Development team to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with affiliates, schools, communities, and regions. The role focuses on identifying participation opportunities, strengthening coach and referee capability and enhancing the participant experience; supporting sustainable participation growth.

The Content & Digital Coordinator is responsible for producing high-quality digital content, strengthening QTF’s social media presence and enhancing the organisation’s visual identity across all platforms. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the role leads the creation of graphics, video and photographic content, manages QTF’s digital channels, and maintains website functionality. It also ensures brand consistency across all digital and printed materials and oversees the organisation’s creative platforms and digital asset management. This position plays a key role in supporting campaigns, programs and events and organisational priorities through innovative, visually compelling design and storytelling, requiring strong creative capability, technical digital skills, exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive approach with internal teams, affiliates and regions.

The Administration Officer, Brisbane will provide administration and logistics support for the Brisbane Touch Football region, across event/programs, representative teams and tournaments, stakeholders and committees, including providing accurate and timeline communication updates through various channels including the regions’ website and socials. This role is perfect for an entry level sports management graduate, or similar, who is highly organized; with exception administration skills; can manage multiple priorities; and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Objectives include:
Providing office administration support and maintaining regional website and social media presence
Supporting event and program administration, stakeholder communications, and delivery logistics
Assisting with representative team and tour administration, communications, and logistics
Supporting tournament logistics including transport, accommodation (where required), equipment management, compliance, and player and volunteer support
