The sport is one of Queensland’s most popular participation sports, with over 7,500 teams and 80,000+ players participating annually in affiliated and commercial competitions from Thursday Island and Weipa to Rockhampton, Brisbane, and Bilambil.

Current Roles Available: 


QTF Participation and Pathways Manager

The Participation & Pathways Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of all aspects of Game Development, Talent Pathways through to High Performance to deliver on agreed performance outcomes and increase participation in Touch Football across Queensland. They will contribute to the achievement of the aims, objectives and targets through the following:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of Game Development programs, initiatives and education to achieve agreed participation outcomes linked to the QTF Strategic Plan.
  • Ensure talent pathways across Queensland share an aligned vision, providing for the continuing development of talented players, coaches and officials to ensure our performance goals are met.
  • Ensure participants in High-Performance and representative programs and are provided with a quality experience and drive initiatives that provide a competitive advantage.

QTF Events & Partnership Manager (Maternity leave 6-12 Months)

The QTF Events & Partnership Manager will be responsible for the:

  • Delivery of quality events that form part of the Queensland Touch Football events portfolio;
  • Identification and creation of new event opportunities and event attraction funding; and
  • Account management of commercial partnerships together with the delivery of their rights and benefits, and the generation of new revenue through sponsor activity.

Your organisational skills, drive and vision will assist our organisation in amplifying brand and partner visibility, enhancing stakeholder relations, and improve our organisation’s growth through events that effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality.
