Chairman

Troy is a Wellbeingpreneur. He is a CEO, Director, Shareholder and Business Partner within a number of business organisations  As an accomplished business owner, Troy brings a wealth of experience in professional and personal development, providing practical and do-able techniques that engage people and organisations in the possibilities and opportunities that come with change.

Troy has a longstanding history with touch football and has represented the sport at all levels, including Australia and Queensland.

Dennis DiBartolo

Director of Finance

Dennis has over 30 years’ experience in Banking, finance and wealth management. Dennis holds a Master’s in financial planning through the University of Sunshine Coast. As an Executive Director of his own Financial Planning business of 14 years, Dennis brings the QTF board experience in finance, budgeting, cashflow management, corporate governance and strategic planning. Dennis has been involved as a NQ Touch Board member for the past 3 years as the Director of Finance and held executive positions in his local Surf Lifesaving club. Dennis adds to the QTF Board some fresh thinking from someone predominately outside the touch football community. Dennis has played social touch, coached at a junior level but enjoyed mostly watching his kids play at different levels.

Adam Page

Board Member

Adam has over 20 years-experience working in local government specialising in Sports Management. Adam is a current Queensland Masters Touch Representative and has completed many marathons, ironman triathlons and is a single figure golfer. Adam will provide sports management, financial and customer service experience to the QTF team and he looks forward to uniting, inspiring and growing the Sport of touch within the state.

Rohan Ballon

Board Member

Rohan brings experience from the rural health sector, working in public health promotion with responsibilities for key community partnerships, organisational change and development as well as event planning and delivery. Rohan is also a qualified sports scientist with expertise in biomechanical analysis. He has been involved in touch as a player and coach for the last 20 years, more recently volunteering to establish a local affiliate in a rural centre and serving on the board for SWQTA. He is a strong advocate for providing opportunities for people living in rural areas to experience touch.

Terani Inoke

Board Member

Terani is a solicitor who has worked in a diverse range of areas, most recently in disciplinary law.  Terani brings experience from working on disciplinary panels for multiple sporting organisations both at a local and state level.  Terani has also enjoyed participating in community sport since she was young, including touch football.  This means she has been involved in community sporting organisations in areas such as Far North Queensland, Gympie and now South East Queensland.  Terani brings a wealth of experience and skills in the administration of community sporting organisations, not only due to her professional background but also from her time as Board Secretary for a Surf Life Saving Supporters Club on the Gold Coast.

Dave Zanette

Board Member

Dave is the Owner and Managing Director of ZED Electrical and DETEKD. Dave commenced his touch football journey as a junior in Chinchilla and for many years has represented Central Queensland, Cowboys, Queensland and Australia, as an elite player.

Dave has played in three Touch Football World Cups and has been awarded the “Player’s Player Award” and the “Player of the Final” at two Touch Football World Cups. Dave has been an exception leader on the field as captain of the NRL Touch Premiership Cowboys team, Queensland and Australian teams in various age groups across the years.

Dave has achieved significant accolades and achievements as a player, remains a positive influence in the development of the game itself, and will continue to contribute to touch football, off the field, as a member of the QTF Board.

Lily Quinlivan

Board Member – Casual Vacancy

Lily is an experienced leader within the Queensland public service with qualifications in Law and Business, and this has included representation in various Queensland Courts Executive Groups.  In addition to Ms. Quinlivan’s well-established legal career, her contribution to Touch Football, both on and off the field, has been significant, including as a member of the Federation of International Touch Football Youth Commission and Touch Football Women’s Commission. Quinlivan is also an experienced player having represented Queensland (Mixed Open & Women’s 30s), Brisbane Cobras (Women’s and Mixed Open and Senior Mixed), as well as coaching at Brisbane Cobras and All Hallows’ School.
