Be a part of Junior State Cup!

Team registration is free*.
All teams are required to supply a minimum of 1 referee per team.
*Individual entry fee is payable upon individual registration
No referee, no play.

Team Nomination Process

Affiliate contact to complete online team nomination form
QTF staff to approve team nomination(s) and provide Affiliate contact with access to the administrative portal within MySideline
This portal will allow Affiliate contacts to create and manage all Affiliate teams

Note: Affiliate contacts will not be able to enter teams through the MySideline Finder

Team Entries Open on 5 April 2020 and will close 21 April.
