Tristan Mana set to lead Pathways and Performance at QTF

Tristan Mana has been appointed as Pathways and Performance Manager at Queensland Touch Football.

The appointment of Tristan – in a pivotal leadership role – is the first step in implementing the recommendations of the recently completed Talent Pathway Review.

QTF CEO, Greg Denny, noted the outstanding caliber of candidates for the position, highlighting the growing status of touch football in Queensland. “Tristan’s vision, drive and passion for impacting the future of touch football in Queensland, makes him the ideal leader to drive the talent pathway review recommendations, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing, and building quality talent pathway.” said Denny

On his appointment, Mana said: “I am really excited to be able to work alongside the fantastic team at QTF in driving positive outcomes in the pathways and performance area. The future of Touch Football across Queensland is looking very bright, and I am looking forward to being a part of it”

QTF were successful attaining an Active Industry Project Fund Super Round Talent Pathways grant, aligning with Qld Government Pathways Blueprint, to deliver a talent pathways framework and curriculum to support touch football across Queensland. 

Tristan will commence in this role at QTF on November 25th

QTF is also formalising the establishment of the QTF Pathways and Performance taskforce.
