Queensland Touch Football (QTF) continues its partnership with CPR Group to provide governance support and capability-building for Regions and Affiliates across Queensland.

As QTF’s preferred governance provider, CPR Group works with associations and clubs throughout the state, delivering practical guidance and resources to strengthen committees and support club operations.

Through this partnership, QTF affiliates have participated in Affiliate Round Table discussions, designed to enhance committee capability and support the ongoing growth of touch football in Queensland. Sessions cover topics frequently raised by committee members, including:

  • Understanding the difference between “not-for-profit” and “no profit”
  • Queensland’s updated incorporation legislation
  • Legal duties of committee members
  • Ensuring constitutions meet legal requirements and support club success

These sessions, held across all regions, have provided committees with practical tools, shared experiences, and the confidence to lead effectively.

Stay tuned for more upcoming Round Table discussions and interactive workshops available to affiliates throughout 2025. These sessions build toward the QTF Conference on 1 December 2025 at RACV Royal Pines on the Gold Coast—a key opportunity for affiliates to access expert guidance, network with peers, and strengthen their clubs.

Queensland Touch Football remains committed to supporting affiliates, helping committees become stronger, more sustainable, and better equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for their players.

Unite. Inspire. Grow.
