QRSS – QTF Coach Developer

The QRSS – QTF Coach Developer Program is a free initiative that encourages the 2024 Regional Coaches from across the state to take their Touch Football coaching journey and skill set to the next level.

The program is a combination of training, education and mentoring, supporting the coach on every step of their journey. This exciting program is designed to support our Queensland Teachers who are coaching their region by providing professional development opportunities in the Touch Football space.

QRSS & QTF are aware that all levels of accredited teacher/coaches may be seeking support and resources so the QRSS – QTF Coach Developer Program is catered to suit the individual’s needs.

From pre-event trainings and game plan development to developing technical, tactical and process-related game plans – the program covers it all.

Participating teachers receive online, face to face, on-field coaching support and resources whilst gaining the confidence and skills to create a positive environment for all students in which to learn and thrive.

We wish all the Regional teams competing this year the best of luck & we look forward to working with some amazing Regional Coaches in 2024.

Areas of support:

1. Online Information Night – Tuesday 19^th March, 6:00pm-6:30pm
   • Jump on and learn more about the program and how we can support you.
2. Online Session (1hr)
   • Interactive online session including developing your game plan, video analysis and networking opportunities with other teachers/coaches.
3. Training Plan Support
   • Make the most of your limited time on the training paddock with your team leading up to the State Championships.
4. Game Plan support
   • Build your game plan & ensure all areas of the Touch Football game have been covered
