Sporting Schools is an Australian Government initiative designed to help schools increase children’s participation in sport and connect them with community sport opportunities.
Touch Football is one of the sports that can be delivered as part of Sport Australia’s Sporting Schools program. It’s one of the most popular sports in schools because it’s easy to learn, boys and girls of all ages can play together and it comes with a low risk of injury because there’s no tackling. Queensland Touch Football works with primary and secondary schools in Queensland to deliver Touch Football, offering both coach and teacher delivered programs.
Coach delivered programs can be delivered before, during or after school with programs ranging from 4 to 8 sessions, which can be modified through the online booking system. Touch Football are amongst the most affordable Sporting Schools options and are delivered by qualified Field Officers.
Alternatively, we can supply you with everything you need to deliver this program in your school by a current staff member.
